Myriam Myriam Prudhomme, PTA
Office Manager
Myriam’s career started at SET Physical Therapy, where she worked for 11 years, starting as an intern and eventually rising to the position of office manager after graduating from Stony Brook University. During her time at SET, Myriam gained a wealth of experience in the field. As she grew in her role, she took on new challenges and responsibilities, developing a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the inner workings of the practice. Her dedication and hard work were quickly recognized, and she was promoted to office manager, where she oversees day-to-day operations.
After spending years at SET Physical Therapy, Myriam decided to take her career to the next level by becoming a physical therapist assistant. Having accumulated extensive experience in the field, she was eager to put this knowledge to use in a new role. As a physical therapist assistant, Myriam can now work more closely with patients, helping them to recover from injuries and improve their quality of life. She is currently in a dual role of treating patients and managing the daily operations. Myriam continues to be passionate about physical therapy and is grateful for the opportunity to continue to make a difference in the lives of each patient.
When Myriam is not working, one of her favorite pastimes is reading, and she can often be found curled up with a good book in her spare time. She also loves spending time with her family and friends, whether it’s going out for dinner or taking a weekend trip together. Myriam values the relationships in her life and is always looking for new ways to strengthen them. Another one of her hobbies is cooking, and she recently started exploring new recipes to challenge herself in the kitchen. Myriam finds cooking to be both relaxing and rewarding, and she loves the feeling of creating a delicious meal from scratch.
