Megan got her start in fitness when she moved to Australia after receiving a degree in Exercise Science and a certification as an Exercise Physiologist (ACSM). While working as a personal trainer, she decided she wanted to learn more. On her return to the US, she got certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM) and started a Masters program in Biomechanics. During grad school, she continued work as a personal trainer.

While continuing work as a personal trainer, Megan was reintroduced to Pilates, which she enjoyed herself and noticed how beneficial it would be to many of her clients. However, it wasn’t until she got back from another move overseas that she began her Pilates professional training, where her focus continues to stay. Megan has collaborated with physical therapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors for more effective and efficient workouts for her clients.

During her time off, Megan enjoys being active and outside as an equestrian, playing tennis, and walking. When the weather doesn’t allow, she’s most likely reading or researching for the next trip.
