DC | Metro Center

Our space is located on the Concourse (C) level of the Columbia Square building, inside One to One Fitness Center. A wheelchair-accessible entrance is available on 13th St., next to Warner Theatre. For building access after 6 PM, please use the 13th St. entrance, as the F St. entrance locks at 6 PM.

Once inside the Columbia Square building, take the elevator or stairs down to the Concourse (C) level, where the fountain and City Club are located. Proceed past the elevators (turn right when exiting the elevators) and One to One Fitness Center will be around the corner.

The One to One Fitness Center door is locked at all times. If you arrive early, please wait outside the doors or by the front desk. Your therapist will meet you at your appointment time. If you need seating while you wait, you can find some on the lobby level outside the elevators or inside the fitness center if someone lets you in.

Parking:

Limited metered street parking available for up to 2 hours outside the clinic. Ample parking garages are nearby, including the Columbia Square parking garage (entrance on 12th St.), which has elevators directly to the clinic. Unfortunately, we do not validate parking at this time.

Metro:

The clinic is accessible directly from the 12th and F St. entrance of Metro Center station, which services the Blue, Orange, Silver, and Red lines. Please note that this entrance is not wheelchair-accessible.

Bus:

Nearby bus lines include the 11Y, 16Y, 32, 3Y, and D6.
