Exciting Beginnings at Set PT!

I am absolutely thrilled to be a part of the Set PT family! My clinical interests are diverse, encompassing areas such as long COVID, dysautonomia, EDS, and hypermobility. Additionally, I have a keen interest in strength training, geriatrics, and assisting anyone with aspirations of maintaining an active lifestyle.

Having recently moved to the DMV area, I’m genuinely enjoying my adventures through its myriad museums, iconic monuments, and delightful restaurants. Slowly but surely, I’m mastering the Metro! Born and raised in Connecticut and having lived in Boston post-college, I embody the New England spirit. While I’m already basking in the DMV’s pleasant autumn ambiance, I’m particularly looking forward to experiencing its gentler winters. If we happen to meet, I’d love to hear your favorite spots and recommendations around DC!

Here are some quick tidbits about me:

  • Though a New England native, my heart roots for the Bills. Thanks to family ties in Buffalo, my loyalty remains unwavering.
  • Skiing is my winter joy, but throughout the rest of the year, you’ll find me immersed in tennis, strength training at the gym, or exploring eclectic workout classes.
  • I possess a deep-seated passion for travel. My recent sojourn to Spain stands out as one of my most cherished trips.
  • Ducks hold a special place in my heart. Last spring, I had the heartwarming experience of rescuing seven ducklings from a storm drain and reuniting them with their mother.
  • An exciting personal update: I got engaged this past summer before relocating to the DMV. Embarking on the wedding planning journey with my fiancé is truly invigorating!
