Diana is compassionate and ensures that she is spending time to listen to her patients to get a good understanding and the full picture of her patients. During the one-on-one sessions, Diana focuses on patient education to ensure her patients understand their diagnosis and what to expect in their plans of care, manual therapy techniques, biomechanics analysis, and strength and conditioning training. Diana has a strong understanding of post-op ACL reconstruction surgery rehab and returning patients back to sport/activity safely and appropriately. While she’s not at the gym, Diana loves spending time with her dog, Sammy, or finding the next food adventure in the DMV area.
